• Villa Rosa Park – Villa Rosa Park is a 7.27-acre neighborhood park in Hillsborough County, situated in Lutz. This community park does not have staff and is accessible from sunrise to sunset. It features a wonderful blend of active recreation and family-friendly amenities, such as a playground, basketball court, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, a paved walking trail, walking trails, picnic shelters, open field, restroom facilities, and parking. Primarily serving as a local recreation area, Villa Rosa Park provides residents with a convenient spot for outdoor exercise, children's play, casual sports, walking, picnicking, and community events.
