• The Weekiwachee Preserve is a spectacular 11,206-acre conservation area west of Spring Hill. It protects a mixture of pine-covered sandhills, hardwood forests, wetlands, marshes, lakes, and portions of the Weeki Wachee and Mud rivers. • Linda Pedersen Park at Jenkins Creek is a 135-acre waterfront park with approximately 25 developed acres and 110 acres of open space. It is connected to Jenkins Creek Park by an aluminum boardwalk. The park is particularly attractive for fishing, bird watching, paddling, picnicking, and wildlife observation. There is also a swimming area, playground, picnic shelters, fishing pier, showers, and restrooms. The waterfront environment provides opportunities to see manatees and other wildlife.

• Anderson Snow Park is one of Spring Hill's largest organized sports and recreation facilities. The 100-acre park has become a major regional sports complex.
